Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of online German language services provided by Gianna Haerling through this website.
By making a purchase, the user expressly agrees to these terms.
Contracting Process
The service contract is finalized when the user completes the payment and receives a confirmation email. All contracts are concluded in Spanish unless otherwise agreed.
Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT or equivalent).
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer.
Class Cancellation and Rescheduling
By the student:
The student may cancel a class at least 24 hours in advance. If not canceled within this timeframe, the class will be considered completed and cannot be recovered or refunded.
If canceled on time, the student may reschedule the class for another date within a 6-month period from the date of purchase.
By the teacher:
If Niki Klein needs to cancel a class, the student will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a proportional refund for the unused portion.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, provided they have not started receiving the service.
Withdrawal Exclusion:
As the service is digital and personalized, the right of withdrawal is not applicable once the student has started receiving the lessons, provided they have given prior express consent to waive this right.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 calendar days from the purchase date and only for the unused portion of the service.
If the student has attended any class, that portion will not be refunded.
If no class is scheduled or attended within 6 months from the date of purchase, no refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided during the lessons are the exclusive property of Niki Klein. Recording, reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of any lesson content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
Recording or sharing classes is not permitted.
The website or services must not be used for fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities.
Modifications
Gianna Haerling reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of disputes, the parties shall attempt an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
